Pulled Pork Shoulder With BBQ Sauce

Serves: 6–8


Ingredients:


• 1.5–2kg pork shoulder
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 cup BBQ sauce


Instructions:


1. Rub pork with spices. Slow roast at 150°C for 4–5 hours.


2. Shred with forks and mix with BBQ sauce.
