At Swallows Farm, we take pride in delivering top-quality, farm-reared meat and eggs. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, we’re committed to making things right if something’s not as it should be. 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unacceptable condition, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Issue a refund

Send a replacement

Or offer credit toward your next box

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:

• The delivery address was entered incorrectly
• The parcel was refused, missed, or left out too long after delivery
• The issue is reported after 24 hours

We currently deliver to most of the UK mainland.

How We Pack Your Order
Your meat is freshly butchered, vacuum-packed, and sent in insulated boxes with ice packs to stay chilled in transit.
Boxes are designed to keep your order cold for 24–48 hours, depending on weather and location.
Missed Deliveries or Delays
Please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel on the day of delivery. While our packaging is designed to keep meat chilled, we cannot refund or replace items if parcels are left out too long or refused at delivery.
